I've used two different kinds of this, and NO, it doesn't vanish pimples overnight! That would be a miracle. However, you can see some difference overnight. It's a little less red and over a short period of time the pimple will be gone, but don't expect extreme results.Is it true that 7days (cream)vanashes pimples over night???
