I'd take a 2 scoops of vanilla with chocolate drizzled over the top. Two cherries to top the twin mounds. Whipped cream to surround the ice cream. Then crushed peanuts sprinkled all around.
Maybe a few more cherries.
HMMM....crushed pretzels. caramel, chocolate chunks, over sweet cream Ice cream.
