there's no any specific age defined to use nite creams, they r essential 4 our skin coz our skins cells regenerate at nite times n nite creams help them to generate in best way, they reduce dead cells n makes skin glow, its not only dat we use cream on face but u shud apply cream or olive oil or almond oil over ur body too.
Night creams are generally heavier and are good for dry or aging skin. If you get dry in the winter only, use it in the winter.
