Having ice cream at night before sleep good or bad ?

i always have icecream at night after my dinner and be4 i go to bed..


is this the cause of me getting fatter?is it a bad habit or it makes no diffrence ?Having ice cream at night before sleep good or bad ?
Late night snacking before bed, especially ice cream, is bad. Your body is doing 2 things it doesn't want to do... sleep and rest, and try to digest the sugar in your ice cream. That's why your body will STORE it while you're sleeping... try to eat the ice cream NO less than 2 hours before you go to bed. And try to take a nice walk before you go to bed to try to get some of that sugar burned off. Yeah, ice cream is great, but the sugar and high-fat dairy in it isn't good.Having ice cream at night before sleep good or bad ?
It depends on what else you have eaten during the day. Studies have shown that it matters when you eat (people who consume more calories before noon tend to be slimmer than those who eat more calories later). So, it's not a great idea to eat such rich food so late. But you should be more concerned about the effect of the dairy on your sleep at night. Eating dairy at night increasing the chances that you will snore, which in turn increases your risk of stroke.
its not like bad bad, but its bad if your trying to lose weight. your giving energy to your body that you dont need because your going to sleep, so that will turn into fat...





I've done a plan that i didnt eat at night and i found that it was helpful in losing weight, so it helped me lose some weight because i wanst giving my body extra 'energy' that i didnt need.





try drinking water or at least eat a couple of strawberries or an apple to curb your cravings :)

just make sure your active

Eating at a certain time makes no difference.


Calories are calories any time of day.
don't go over your daily calorie intake during the day and you can eat the ice cream at night. Try to eat it every other night and see if it helps.
of course its bad, specially if your on a diet.. icecream is sugar and when you sleep, your not doing enough to burn it off.
depending on the amount of some ingredients it could make you stay up longer... but ice cream is ice cream is pretty fattening so yea if it makin u gain weight stop eatin it
Honestly, its bad! Theres too much fat in it %26amp; you shouldnt eat 3 hrs before you sleep!!!
Ask yourself: In what way can that be good?











And don't come up with excuses like '; I need the calcium'; No lol
