when itching became uncontrolled. is this right?I have vaginal fungal infection due to diabetes type 1. it becomes extreme at night. i used anti fungal cream?
Although yeast infections are more common in diabetics, it may mean that your diabetes is not under obtimal control. Also, are you using external cream or internal cream (with the applicator). You usually need and internal cream (the 7 day versions, like Monistat 7 are best) or oral Diflucan, which is only available by prescription. Either way, you should check with your doctor.

One other thought. There are other problems, besides yeast, that can cause itching and discharge. Are you sure this is a yeast infection?I have vaginal fungal infection due to diabetes type 1. it becomes extreme at night. i used anti fungal cream?
make sure it is made for vaginal fungal infection. If it doesn't work, you need to get it checked. If maybe due to different kind of infection or something else.. Go see your GYN...
you need so go to the doctors or hospital, that isn't normal! The anti-fungal may do something to your body because most fungi creams are external use only. if you can't get to the doctors or hospital, go the the store and get on Epsom's salt and it in a bath tub for 30-45 min it should help a little...
See a doctor. Are you sure it is a fungal infection? There are other infections that are not fungal. There are bacterial infections, and anti fungal creams will not clear those. If it is a really sever fungal infection, you may need something stronger than the over the counter creams. And you may need to use it longer than the over the counter creams. Also your sexual partner may be infected (that does not mean it is an std) and he may need an antibiotic. He may be reinfecting you. Only way to know what is happening for sure is to go to a doctor.
OK. assuming that it is fungal/yeast there are a few things u can do that r better than what the most of the others suggest. the lady above suggests orally taking Pau D'Arco- awesome, it usually clears it up. but if ur yeast issue is severe, it may take a while. i suggest u make a Pau D'Arco or Tea Tree Oil or Propolis Tincture to apply as a vaginal douche. this will attack the fungi + leave em dead in their tracks. All these products r natural n' therapeutic generally.

Best o Luck
Yes. Fungus love sugar and moisture so keep your sugar down and yourself clean, and dry. Don't wear clothes that are too tight. You need fresh air.
I solve all fungal and bacteriological problems with Pao D'arco tea, drink at least one cup a day for 10 days, though 2 is better. Then drink it at least once a week to fix many ailments, because we have way too much bacterias in our system and our defenses are so busy dealing with them,we are susceptable to any bacteria we come in contact with to propagate readily. I have never had the tea not work for all types of fungal and yeast problems with ladies.
