An ice cream truck keeping driving around my block late at night. Why?

I live in a rough neighborhood in the city, and there is this ice cream truck that keeps driving by at night, complete with music. But the thing is, it never comes out in the daylight hours. That would be a gutsy ice cream truck to sell drugs with the music blaring at night. It seems like kindof a dead giveaway. Maybe it is the driver's only vehicle? Hahaha. Anyways, they did catch people selling drugs out of ice cream trucks before, but they did it during the day to avoid being conspicuous.
Chase it down on your tricycle and see what they have to offer you.

I hate to say it. But you are more than likely right on the money. I dealt with the same issue in one of my APARTMENTS. The management wouldnt do anything about it. The police never arrived on time. It use to drive me up a wall!!


They even use to send their kids out to get the ';Ice Cream'; for them. I just dont understand people!

The only way you will really know whether it's drug dealers or narcs is to stop it and ask for a cone! except you might actually get one- a cone shaped bullet to your head.......call the police about it.
