Nivea reportedly makes one that is a good substitute.
Mustela also makes one, but it is more costly, due to having all-natural ingredients, not mineral oil. Instead it uses botanical oils like shea butter which cost a lot more. Which means it's better for sensitive skin!
But you can also make your own cold cream which will work just as well as Pond's, using this recipe:

If you don't want mineral oil in your homemade cold cream...I don't like it in mine... then you can use a heavy (but less irritating) vegetable oil such as:
kukui nut,
coconut (warm up first to melt it since it's solid at room temp),
vegetable shortening aka Crisco (needs to be melted too),
macadamia nut,
peanut,
palm oil,
cottonseed oil,
or avocado oil, and it will work fine! :)Pond Night Cold Cream?
I know that Arbonne products launched in your country this summer - they aren't 'cheap' but offer great results - they are also pure and natural - so with your skin sensitivity it may help.
Worth mentioning - I became hooked last fall (in the US)..
you can also try ordering it on-line or write the company in the US they may be able to send you some samples...
Nivea makes an equivalent product. Have you tried it?
